This service allows the attestation of a document under which the sponsor declares that he has no objection to a certain matter specified by the deponent.
– Original identification card and a copy for records are required.
– The following documents need to be attested: one copy for each person involved plus one copy for recordkeeping
– The worker’s passport and visa; the original is for evaluation, and a copy is kept for record-keeping.
Presence of the declarant before the Notary Public to sign the non-objection declaration.
If the declarant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
Any document issued outside the country must be authenticated by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
The POA clauses shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion.
The sponsored must be a domestic worker or the like.
There should be a proof indicating that the declarant is officially sponsoring that person.
The declaration shall outline the sponsor’s consent for that person to travel.
Submit the application and the required documents through available channels
Pay the applicable fees when the request is approved.
Approach the Notary Public for signature and receipt of the attested non-objection certificate.
