With the help of this service, you may record an agreement reached between any parties to a contract for the resolution of their ongoing conflicts.
– A copy of your identity card and the original for records.
– The “declaration” document needs to be attested in two copies: one for each party who needs it and one for the records.
– A notarized power of attorney with an original for review and a copy for the records in the event of a proxy.
– Presence of the declarant before the Notary Public to sign the reconciliatory agreement.
– If the declarant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
– If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
– Any document issued outside the country must be authenticated by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
– The declaration shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion.

Fees for Notary Public (not including our charges)
For any contract or document with a value of less than 50,000 AED or unknown: Fee: 500 AED.
Fee of AED 1,000 applies to any contract or document that costs more than AED 50,000 but less than AED 200,000.
Fee of 0.5% of the document’s value, with a maximum of AED 20,000, for any contract or document that is worth more than AED 200,000.
