Before submitting documents to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs for certification for use inside the UAE, documents issued outside the UAE that will be used for official purposes must first have the proper attestations from all relevant authorities outside.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the entity providing the document, and then the embassy of the nation for whom it is meant to be used all require proper attestation before it may be used overseas.
