With the help of this service, you may record an agreement reached between any parties to a contract for the resolution of their ongoing conflicts.

Documents Required

A copy of your identity card and the original for records.
The “declaration” document needs to be attested in two copies: one for each party who needs it and one for the records.
A notarized power of attorney with an original for review and a copy for the records in the event of a proxy.

Important Remarks

Presence of the declarant before the Notary Public to sign the reconciliatory agreement.
If the declarant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
Any document issued outside the country must be authenticated by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
The declaration shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion.

Fees for Notary Public (not including our charges)
For any contract or document with a value of less than 50,000 AED or unknown: Fee: 500 AED.
Fee of AED 1,000 applies to any contract or document that costs more than AED 50,000 but less than AED 200,000.
Fee of 0.5% of the document’s value, with a maximum of AED 20,000, for any contract or document that is worth more than AED 200,000.
